Meals arrive in 100% compostable packaging, chilled and ready to reheat. They stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or can be frozen for longer storage.

Heating Instructions: Simply microwave with the lid on for 2–3 minutes and enjoy! If you're not in a rush, transfer your meal to an oven-safe or air fryer-safe dish and reheat for the best texture.

Please leave a large or XL cooler outside your door on your delivery day. This ensures your meals stay fresh if you're not home when we arrive.
