Ordering & Scheduling

When is the order cut-off?

• Thursday delivery: Order by 3:00 PM Monday
• Sunday delivery: Order by 3:00 PM Wednesday

Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following delivery cycle.

What is the order minimum?

• Sunday deliveries: $100 minimum
• Thursday deliveries: $100 minimum

Minimums help us maintain quality, consistency, and efficient delivery routes.

$100 minimum applies to food items only and does not include gratuity.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be updated before the cut-off time.
Once the cut-off has passed, orders are locked in and all sales are final.

Do you offer subscriptions?

At this time, we offer weekly ordering only, so you can choose exactly what you want each delivery without being locked into a subscription.

Weekly Subscriptions & Custom Meals

How do weekly subscriptions work?

Our weekly subscriptions make meal planning effortless.
When you subscribe, you’ll receive meals once per week on your selected delivery day. Subscriptions renew weekly and can be managed, paused, or skipped any time before the cutoff

What subscription options do you offer?

We currently offer weekly subscriptions for the following items:
• Weekly Breakfasts
• Weekly Lunches
• Weekly Dinners
• Weekly Snacks
• Weekly Add-Ons (when available)
• Weekly Custom Meals

You can subscribe to one category or mix and match multiple weekly subscriptions to build a meal plan that fits your routine.

All subscriptions are billed weekly, delivered once or twice per week, and can be managed, paused, or skipped before the weekly cutoff.

What are Custom Meals?

Custom Meals allow you to choose your protein and carb preferences, while our chefs select seasonal vegetables for balance and freshness.
• Vegetables are chef’s choice
• Macros are not provided
• Portions are consistent but not macro-calculated

This allows us to focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Why don’t Custom Meals include macros?

To maintain accuracy, quality, and a sustainable prep process, we no longer offer macro-calculated meals.

Removing macros allows us to:
• Reduce prep complexity
• Avoid delays or inconsistencies
• Keep pricing fair and quality high

All meals remain thoughtfully portioned and protein-forward.

What are Weekly Meal Packs?

Weekly Meal Packs are a subscription-only option that allows you to select from weekly breakfasts, lunches, and dinners while saving compared to ordering meals individually.

Subscription pricing:
• Breakfasts: $13 each
• Lunches: $17.50 each
• Dinners: $18 each

Meal Packs do not include custom macros or substitutions beyond allergies.

Our measurements are compatible with MyFitnessPal or Lose It App.

Can I bundle breakfasts, lunches, and dinners?

Yes! You can subscribe to any combination of weekly breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

You don’t need a special bundle — simply add the weekly subscriptions you want to your cart to build your ideal meal plan.

How do “Meals per Week” work?

Meals are sold by meal count, not by “days.”

For reference:
• 3 meals = about 3 days
• 4 meals = about 4 days
• 7 meals = full week coverage

You can mix and match categories to fit your routine.

What does “Feeds Two” mean?

“Feeds Two” portions are larger servings designed to:
• Serve two people or
• Be enjoyed as leftovers

Feeds Two meals are priced accordingly and are not discounted the same as single servings.

When is the cutoff to make changes?

Cutoff times depend on your delivery day:
• Sunday delivery: Wednesday cutoff
• Thursday delivery: Monday cutoff

All changes must be made before the cutoff to apply to the upcoming delivery.

Can I skip or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can:
• Skip a week
• Pause your subscription
• Resume anytime

Changes must be made before the weekly cutoff.

How does loyalty work for weekly subscriptions?

We reward consistency with loyalty savings on weekly subscriptions.

Weekly subscribers earn:
• $10 off their 4th order
• $20 off their 8th order
• $30 off their 12th order

After the 12th order, loyalty resets and the cycle begins again.

Skipped weeks pause loyalty progress. Canceling a subscription resets loyalty progress.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage everything through your customer account.

Look for “Manage Subscription” in:
• Your customer profile
• Your order status page
• Your order confirmation email

Are subscriptions refundable?

Because our meals are prepared fresh each week, orders are non-refundable once the cutoff has passed.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s ever an issue with your order — such as a missing item, incorrect meal, or quality concern — please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.

When appropriate, we’re happy to offer a store credit or gift card that can be used toward a future order.

Who are weekly subscriptions best for?

Weekly subscriptions are ideal for:
• Busy schedules
• Consistent weekly meals
• Anyone who wants nutritious food without weekly planning

One-time orders are still available for occasional or trial purchases.

Delivery & Service Area

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the Greater Seattle area, including:
Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Bothell, and Kirkland.

How do I receive my meals?

We currently offer delivery only — we do not offer pickup.

Meals are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Windows

• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

You’ll receive email and SMS notifications the day before delivery at 10:00 AM.

Delivery Fees

Free of charge, delivered right to you!

Tips are greatly appreciated and evenly distributed among our chefs, drivers, and staff.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Meals are delivered in paper bags (similar to Amazon) and may be left at your door.
Please ensure someone can bring them inside promptly for food safety.

Meals & Preparation

Are the meals fully cooked?

Yes — all meals are fully cooked and ready to enjoy.

How do I reheat my meals?

Meals can be reheated in under 5 minutes.
Microwave with lid on, 2 to 3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.

Stove-top remove meal from original container, spray pan with olive oil and heat medium heat until dish is desired temperature.

Meals are fully cooked; you are just reheating.

Can I freeze my meals?

Some meals freeze well, but we recommend enjoying meals fresh for the best texture and flavor.
Salads should not be frozen.

How long do the meals last?

Meals stay fresh for 3-4 days when refrigerated.
We recommend eating seafood meals, parfait, egg meals, chia puddings first.

Packaging & Sustainability

How is the food packaged?

Meals are packaged in recyclable containers, updated based on customer feedback to improve durability and performance.

Microwave safety note (clear compostable bowls)

⚠️ Do not microwave clear compostable bowls or salad bowls.
Other containers are microwave-safe unless otherwise noted.

Ingredients & Nutrition

What ingredients do you use?

We use the highest-quality organic ingredients available each week.

Our meals are always free from:
• Refined sugar
• Artificial ingredients
• Canola oil
• Processed ingredients
• Gluten
• Dairy (including lactose, casein, and whey)

We cook primarily with avocado oil, and occasionally olive oil.

Are macros and nutrition info available?

Nutrition information is listed on menu items when available.
Our focus is on clean, whole ingredients rather than strict macro tracking.

Allergies & Customization

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Yes — our menu is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free, and we can accommodate most allergies and strong dislikes.

How to add note allergies at checkout

Please leave detailed allergy notes at checkout so our team can review them before preparing your meals.

Limits on post-purchase changes

Meals cannot be fully altered after purchase, and changes cannot be made after the order cut-off.

Do you ship outside of Washington?

We do not currently offer shipping.
