How do I heat my meals?

Heating Instructions

Your meal is fully cooked and ready to enjoy. For the best results, we recommend reheating on the stovetop.

Stovetop:

1. Remove the sauce cup and any fresh garnishes.

2. Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

3. Heat the protein for 45 seconds on each side, or until warmed through.

4. Add the carbs (if any) and vegetables to the pan. Stir and heat for about 1 minute, or until your desired temperature is reached.

5. Plate your meal, add garnishes, and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!

Microwave:

1. Remove the sauce cup and any fresh garnishes.

2. Heat the meal uncovered in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Add more time if needed.

3. Plate your meal, add garnishes, and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to a wide radius within the Greater Seattle area, ensuring that you can enjoy the convenience of fresh, healthy meals. Our delivery areas include Seattle, Mercer Island, Tacoma, Sammamish + Issaquah, Bothell, Bellevue, Kirkland + Everett and more.


We will deliver to Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island, Whidbey Island client pays ferry fees and coordinate delivery days and time.

How do I get my meals?

Delivery: Sunday and Thursday between 5pm and 9 pm.
Delivery is $4.99

Are meals fully cooked?

Yes, all our meals are ready to eat and can be reheated in a microwave or on a stove top in less than 5 minutes. For most meals (salads are the exception), we recommend reheating your meal on the stove top for best results, ideally with a cast iron pan and avocado oil spray to keep food from sticking to the pan.

How is the food packaged?

We use 100% compostable packaging from Good Start Packaging in Bedford, New Hampshire

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Our menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. We can accommodate most allergies and os strong dislikes.
However, once a meal is purchased, clients cannot completely altered the meal after purchase.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

The highest-quality organic ingredients we're able to procure each week.

Our menu doesn't include any:

Refined sugar
Artificial ingredients
Canola oil
Processed ingredients
Gluten
Dairy, lactose, casein, or whey
Our food is cooked using mostly avocado oil and occasionally olive oil.

Delivery Policy?

Delivery Fee Policy

Orders with items scheduled for delivery on two separate days require an additional delivery fee. A payment request for this fee will be sent after purchase.

If the additional delivery fee is not paid, the second delivery will be canceled, and orders will not be refunded for undelivered items.
