When Should I Place My Order?
All Sunday Delivery orders must be placed by Tuesday at 3pm. All Thursday Delivery orders must be placed by Monday at 3pm. New menus are posted after previous ordering windows close.
Is There an Order Minimum?
We do not have an order minimum.
Do You Do Allergies or Substitutions?
If you have an allergy or ingredient preference, please leave a note at checkout. While we cannot fully customize meals, we may be able to make simple substitutions in certain cases.
For example, eggs in breakfast dishes may be replaced with flax or tofu, and some vegetables served on the side may be substituted.
Ingredients that are fully incorporated into a dish may not be able to be altered. We always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Is Everything Gluten Free and Dairy Free?
Everything we make uses 100% gluten free ingredients. Our dishes are cooked in our private commercial kitchen.
How Long Does the Food Last?
All of our food stays fresh for up to 4 days in the fridge, aside from our chai puddings, smoothie and overnight oats which should be enjoyed within 3 days of receiving.
For meals to last an entire week we suggest ordering for Thursday and Sunday to last all week.
Is ALL of Your Food Organic?
Yes! All of our produce is 100% organic—including our oils, vinegars, spices, and grains. We are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free & seed oil free.
What are the Portion Sizes?
Portion sizes are listed in each item’s description, but here is a quick guide,
Most meals are 1 or 1-1.5 servings, depending on appetite.
Smoothies, chia puddings, oats, and sides are single servings.
We focus on generous portions made with high-quality organic ingredients, so each meal is satisfying and nourishing.
Where is your Meat Sourced From?
We use high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Our beef is grass-fed and pasture-raised, our chicken is organic, non-GMO, and pasture-raised, and our salmon is sourced from clean, responsibly managed waters.
We frequently work with trusted producers such as Pasturebird® chicken, Diestel® organic turkey, Eel River® grass-fed beef, and Atlantic or wild sockeye salmon when available.
Our focus is always on clean, nutrient-dense ingredients that support both quality and flavor.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
How Much Does Delivery Cost & How Does It Work?
We offer hand-delivery throughout the Greater Seattle area for a flat $5.99 delivery fee. All deliveries are completed by our own in-house drivers, who are fairly compensated and part of our team.
Delivery routes are managed using Optimoroute. You’ll receive a delivery notification the day before at 10 AM, along with real-time updates on delivery day so you can track exactly where your driver is within their route.
Please include your phone number at checkout in case the driver needs to reach you regarding your delivery.
If you may not be home at the time of delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs so our driver can safely store your meals.
How Often is Delivery?
We deliver Sundays between 11AM–6PM. Thursdays between 11AM-4PM
