Order by 3pm Monday for Thursday Delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to a wide radius within the Greater Seattle area, ensuring that you can enjoy the convenience of fresh, healthy meals. Our delivery areas include Seattle, Mercer Island, Sammamish + Issaquah, Bothell, Kirkland.

How do I get my meals?

Delivery: Mercer Island, Seattle + Eastside 

Thursday between 5pm-9pm.

Sunday between 1-4pm & 5-8pm.

Notifications are sent to emails and phone numbers on file the day before deliveries at 10:00 a.m.

Delivery is a flat rate of $4.99

Tips are equally distributed among all staff, chefs, delivery drivers

Are meals fully cooked?

Yes, all our meals are ready to eat and can be reheated in a microwave or on a stove top in less than 5 minutes. For most meals (salads are the exception), we recommend reheating your meal on the stove top for best results, ideally with a cast iron pan and avocado oil spray to keep food from sticking to the pan.

How is the food packaged?

We’ve switched to recyclable containers in response to customer feedback, as our previous compostable packaging had some challenges.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Our menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. We can accommodate most allergies and strong dislikes.
However, once a meal is purchased, clients cannot completely alter the meal after purchase.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

The highest-quality organic ingredients we're able to procure each week.

Our menu doesn't include any:

Refined sugar
Artificial ingredients
Canola oil
Processed ingredients
Gluten
Dairy, lactose, casein, or whey
Our food is cooked using mostly avocado oil and occasionally olive oil.

Do you ship outside of WA?

No, currently we do not offer shipping.
